Clinical Features of Hypertrophic Pulmonary Osteoarthropathy

Does the patient have a symmetrical arthropathy (usually of the the wrists, ankles and knees)?

Is the arthropathy painful?

Does the patient have a painful proliferative periostitis that affects the distal long bones?

Does periostitis of the lower legs make walking difficult?

Are there neurovascular changes of the hands and feet?

Does the patient have digital clubbing?
