Does the patient have a neuropathy?

Usual body weight before onset of illness

Body weight before treatment,

Is arteriography data available?

Does the arteriogram show abnormalities (aneurysms, occlusion, etc.) not resulting from arteriosclerosis or other noninflammatory causes? (Y or N)

Is an arterial biopsy available?

Is there an artery in the biopsy which shows neutrophils with or without mononuclear cells?
